Now, I’m not really one for making a world-endingly HUGE deal about V-Day, but I do think it’s always nice to embrace the chance to show your s/o a little extra love. Cooking a fun dinner, curling up on the couch for a sexy movie – despite what “Big Valentine’s” wants you to think – it really doesn’t have to be a whole production. 

Although on the flip side if you’re not coupled up, please Colleen, whatever you do do NOT let this silly corporate-created occasion get to you. Remember, self *clap* worth *clap*.

Anyway- while none of these are red, or pink or anything like the little Scooby Doo & Ninja Turtle varieties we were known to sling in grade school, what’s not to love about slipping your partner a little something that’s more their style?

So save ‘em, print ‘em, text ‘em, do whatever works best for you. And if you are planning to grocery shop anytime in the next eight days, godspeed dodging those opulent champagne/mylar balloon displays ON TOP OF little Jimmy wreaking his 5-year-old havoc throughout every aisle.
